All our chicken meat is fresh and mutton meat is frozen.

Is the meat Halal cut?

Yes, all meats are only Halal cut.

Which areas areas serviceable?

We are currently serviceable at Churchgate, Marine Lines, Charni Road, Grant Road, Mumbai Central, Mahalaxmi, Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, Dadar, Matunga, Mahim, Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Vile Parle, Andheri, Jogeshwari, Ram Mandir, Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Chembur and Wadala.

Is there any separate delivery charge or any other fee?

There are no separate delivery charges. Prices listed are inclusive of all fee.

Do you provide chicken in 1 kg packets?

No, all our chicken is available only in 2 kg packets.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

All orders will be delivered the next day between 8 am to 11 am. Kindly ensure availability at the time of receipt of your order.

What is the cut off time for placing orders?

All orders placed before 10 pm shall be delivered the next day between 8 am to 11am.

I am facing an issue at the time of checking out.

This may happen due to your location not being in our serviceable locality. Kindly check our serviceable area limits once. Alternatively, you may send us a message on WhatsApp ( 8454048824 ) to place your order.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

You will get an immediate email on your registered email id thereby confirming your order. Kindly ensure the correct email address is shared.

Do I need to create an account to purchase?

Yes, account creation would be required to make a purchase.

Is return of product(s) allowed?

Since these are perishable products, return of products are not allowed.

What modes of payment are accepted?

Card payment, UPI or Cash on Delivery is permitted. Note that UPI can be used at the time of delivery of the product as well.

Why is there a difference between the price of local vendors and Choicest?

Choicest meats are fresh and hygienic. The meat available at other avenues doesn’t qualify even the bare minimum hygiene and safety standards due to how it is sourced, handled, processed and packed. Our meats are selected with utmost care by a team of highly qualified experts. Plus, we don’t charge you for any surrogate wastage. You enjoy a far better value for money at Choicest than anywhere else.

Does the price of products change regularly?

Yes, prices of Chicken would slightly differ basis the daily paper rates.

Can I pick up from your outlet?

No, we only have a delivery option available.

What is the shelf life of meat?

Fresh Chicken - 3 days (store at ~ 0⁰-4⁰ Celsius)
Frozen Mutton - 12 months (store at ~ - 18⁰ Celsius)
